This area has been set up specifically for current and potential amenity members of the BASIS Professional Register, and also for Training Providers and Event Organisers seeking CPD points for their amenity training events.

If you are interested in joining the BASIS Professional Register, we have included details of the Scheme below. 

Please note that it states in the guidance notes that -

'Potential members applying more than 3 years following qualification and those re-applying after more than 3 years absence from Professional Register membership will be required to demonstrate their competence at a BASIS viva examination.  Successful completion of the viva  resulting in a pass mark of 85% or more will enable candidates to rejoin the Professional Register as a full member.  Candidates who are unsuccessful in the viva will be required to undergo some re-training  before re-taking the BASIS viva examination.'

BASIS has just announced the formation of the BASIS Amenity Register which is purpose designed to cover Managers, Contract Supervisors, Contract Specifiers, and others responsible for pesticide use in the Amenity sector.
