If you are an existing member of the BASIS PROMPT Register, you can request an up-to-date copy of your Training Record (starting with 2008) via the 'Member Login' on the left.
If you are new to BASIS and would like to register as a BASIS Event Organiser, please use the 'CPD Event Organiser Login' on the left.
Trainers and Event Organisers already known to BASIS may use the 'CPD Event Organiser Login' on the left to submit events for evaluation. You should have been issued with login details; if not, please contact us.
BASIS PROMPT Register renewal subscription payments can be made via Paypal (below).
New joiners should complete an application form and return it to BASIS, together with a cheque for the initial Joining Fee indicated on the form. Alternatively, please contact the office to make payment arrangements.

PROMPT Application Form - This document must be completed if you wish to apply to join BASIS PROMPT.
PROMPT Training Record - BASIS will compile your Training Record for you via the attendance records submitted by the CPD Event Organisers. However, you may prefer to keep your own record by using our Training Record Form.
